Shipping Policy

1. General

All orders placed on www.avenzes.com (“Platform”) are processed, packaged, and shipped by Avenzes Bio Formulations (“we,” “our,” “us”) through registered domestic courier partners and/or India Speed Post only.

We currently ship products only within India. No international deliveries are available at this time.


2. Processing and Dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days from the date of order confirmation or payment, whichever is later.

  • Dispatch timelines may vary during promotional offers, high-demand periods, or unforeseen logistics delays.

  • Once shipped, customers receive an email or SMS notification with tracking details.


3. Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery is usually completed within 2–7 business days, depending on the shipping address, courier network, and location.

  • Delivery timelines are subject to courier company and postal authority norms.

  • Avenzes Bio Formulations shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or external factors beyond our control.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

  • Free shipping may be offered for certain promotional orders, sample claims, or minimum order values as specified on the Platform.

  • Any shipping fees collected are non-refundable, even if an order is returned, cancelled after dispatch, or undelivered due to incorrect address entry by the user.


5. Delivery Address & Reattempts

  • Delivery will be made to the address provided by the buyer at checkout.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the address and contact details.

  • If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, re-delivery charges (if applicable) may be borne by the customer.


6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your registered email ID and/or mobile number.

  • You may also track your order directly using the tracking number on the courier partner’s website.


7. Delays and Force Majeure

While we strive for timely delivery, certain circumstances may cause delays, such as:

  • Public holidays or natural calamities

  • Transportation strikes or courier network disruptions

  • Pandemic or regulatory restrictions

In such cases, we will make all reasonable efforts to keep you informed. However, Avenzes Bio Formulations shall not be held liable for any such delays beyond our control.


8. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof at support@avenzes.com.

  • We may request unboxing video evidence for verification and quality control.

  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


9. Non-Delivery of Orders

If a shipment is marked as “delivered” by the courier but you have not received it, please report the issue within 48 hours.
We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate, but final resolution is subject to courier verification reports.


10. Sample Orders and Free Deliveries

For promotional sample orders or free deliveries:

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on campaign demand.

  • Sample deliveries are subject to stock availability and limited quantities.

  • A flat delivery charge (if any) is non-refundable once the order is placed.

12. Legal Disclaimer

Once the order has been handed over to the courier service, ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer.
Avenzes Bio Formulations will not be responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused after dispatch, except as required under applicable consumer laws.
